Keenness to learn and strive for work: This refers to the attitude and behavior of students and graduates of Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. It demonstrates curiosity, determination, enthusiasm, diligence, patience, and perseverance. They are responsible for their studies and various duties, possess knowledge and stay updated with science and technology, and are able to apply their knowledge for self-development and in daily life.

Technological expertise: This refers to the behavioral expressions of Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University students, demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and skills in using digital technology or digital literacy. They are proficient in utilizing tools, equipment, and available digital technology for effective learning and work process development. This includes four dimensions of ability: use, understand, create, and access digital technology effectively.

Having a volunteer spirit: This refers to the behavior expressed by students at Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, showing a willingness to sacrifice their time and actively participate in public activities. They help others and society through various activities specified by the institution.
